Email, WhatsApp, or a call. Tell us what you want built, designed, or reviewed. A written scope follows when the work is clear enough to price.

How it starts

The first message is a conversation. It is not a contract. When the work is clear, we email a scope that names the deliverables, the fee, and the customer-service period. You accept by replying to that email. Customer service after handover runs from one week to twelve months, depending on the architecture.

What to send first

What you want done, who it is for, and any deadline that is real. You do not need to send passwords in the first message. Access is arranged after a scope is accepted, and only for systems you have the right to share.
